Return Policy

SlashMart aims to ensure customer satisfaction. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return within the eligible return period.

Return eligibility:

  1. Product must be unused and in original packaging
  2. Must be returned within the specified return window
  3. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or seller policy

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  1. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
  2. Refunds will be made through the original payment method or wallet (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  1. Perishable goods
  2. Innerwear and personal care items
  3. Customized or digital products

How to Request a Return

  1. Go to My Orders
  2. Select the order and click Request Return
  3. Follow the instructions provided
